                                                                ADOPTION PROCESS

If you would like to adopt one of our beautiful puppies, please contact us and provide your full name, email address, phone number and specify what kind of doodle you want.  A deposit of $300 and signed contract are required to confirm a puppy from one of our existing or upcoming litters.  The balance is due when you take possession of the puppy. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another litter.  We have several litters per year and will contact you when puppies are available. 

 

Once your puppy purchase is confirmed and a deposit has been received, we will provide weekly videos of the litter.  The picking is done after the pups are microchipped, vaccinated and health cleared by the vet when they are approximately 6 weeks old.  The picking order is based on your position on the waiting list.

In person visits will be made available for the adopting families when the puppies are approximately 5-6 weeks old.  Visits will be scheduled in advance by appointment.

OUR LITTERS

 

Silver Lake Doodles puppies are born and raised in the house until they are 4 weeks old.  At 4 weeks of age, the mom and her litter are moved into a private indoor pen in the kennel equipped with a doggy door that leads to a larger fenced outside run.  The doggy door teaches the puppies “in and out” which helps with house training.  The pups learn to go outside to go the bathroom and by the time they go to their loving forever homes, they haven’t had any accidents inside for several weeks.  Our beautiful kennel is fully equipped with heated floors, air conditioning, a full grooming station and relaxing music for the moms and their litters.
